Services

Posts are set against your premises, not against a price list. Here is what we deploy, and what the guard on each one is answerable for once they are standing there.

Security posts

Six post types cover almost every requirement we are asked for. A site survey decides which of them your premises actually needs.

Gate and access control

The post that decides who gets in. Entry screening, visitor records and vehicle checks at the main gate.

  • Visitor registration and pass issue
  • Body and baggage screening
  • Vehicle checks, including the underside
  • Inward and outward material gate passes

Armed guarding

Ex-servicemen carrying licensed weapons for cash handling, high-value stock and sites with a specific threat.

  • Cash and valuables escort
  • Strongroom and vault posts
  • Armed static posts at high-risk points

Corporate and reception guarding

Front-of-house posts where the guard is the first person a client meets. Recruited for communication before physique.

  • Visitor handling and telephone manner
  • Staff and visitor movement registers
  • Courier and document control
  • Frisking to the client protocol

Lady security guards

Deployed wherever female staff or visitors are screened, and on floors that require a female presence through the shift.

  • Screening of female staff and visitors
  • Ladies rest room and locker area watch
  • Escort duty for late shifts

Bouncers and event control

Crowd handling for restaurants, banquet halls, clubs and one-off events, briefed on the venue before the shift.

  • Entry queue and capacity control
  • De-escalation of disputes
  • Closing time clearance

Patrolling and night rounds

Moving posts that cover ground a static guard cannot. Rounds are timed, logged and checked against the register.

  • Timed perimeter and block rounds
  • Parking and basement sweeps
  • Fire and safety hazard reporting
  • Night rounds at set intervals

Equipment on post

Issued with the post rather than promised in a proposal. What a given site gets depends on what the survey says it needs.

Hand metal detector
Door frame metal detector
Under-vehicle search mirror
Security stick
Torch
Whistle
Walkie-talkie set
First aid box
Patrolling motorcycle
CCTV monitoring support

Housekeeping

A separate discipline with its own supervisors, schedules and equipment. Run under the same contract and the same single point of contact.

Daily maintenance

The everyday round that keeps a building presentable from the first shift to the last.

  • Floor sweeping and mopping
  • Carpet vacuuming
  • Rest room cleaning and replenishment
  • Common area and lift lobby upkeep
  • Waste collection and segregation

Deep cleaning

Scheduled work that daily cleaning cannot reach, run outside working hours where possible.

  • Floor scrubbing and polishing
  • Carpet shampooing
  • Wooden floor polishing
  • Upholstery and furniture cleaning
  • Glass facade cleaning

Club and guest house management

Full room-side operations for guest houses, clubs and residential blocks with hospitality standards.

  • Room and bathroom linen supply
  • Public area cleaning
  • Uniform supply and maintenance
  • Attendant service on call

Setup and consultancy

For new premises: work out the standards and the manpower before the building opens, not after.

  • Operating criteria for new projects
  • Manpower and space planning
  • Cleaning schedules and checklists
  • Chemical and equipment selection

On every housekeeping contract

  • Uniformed staff with named supervisors on site
  • Branded cleaning chemicals, correctly diluted
  • Machine deployment sized to the floor area
  • Written schedules and signed checklists
  • Interior and outer areas both covered
  • Replacement staff arranged for absentees
